Freek is responsible for: making sure the network, servers, workstations and all connected software and hardware at Codam are running as smoothly as possible.
And can help you with the following things:
- Not being able to log in to a workstation in the clusters
- Any other issue regarding the workstations in the clusters
- Missing crucial software (crucial = needed for the curriculum)
- Security vulnerabilities found in the Codam IT infrastructure
- Not being able to connect to the Wi-Fi
- Any issues regarding the Gaming Room (including the Codam Steam account being logged out of - do not do this)
- Logtime hours not being recorded on the Intranet
NOT anything Intra, evaluations, monitoring/deadlines, or curriculum related
