What I do

I help Codam understand how students are doing overall. I look at things like progress through the curriculum, attendance, and general learning pace — not to judge individuals, but to spot patterns and where we can improve things together.

I work closely with the coordinators and pedagogy team to make sure students get the right support at the right time, and that Codam keeps improving how it teaches and supports learning.
